Customer Service Representative - Medical Administration

Client Service Representative (Medical Administration)

Location: Markham ProResp

Position: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)

Salary: Starting at approximately $26/hr

ProResp is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. CSRs play a vital role in supporting community respiratory care through administrative duties, patient interaction, scheduling, billing, and inventory management. We utilize advanced CRM applications for real-time management of patient files and referrals. Your Responsibilities:
  • Managing new patient intakes and maintaining electronic records
  • Providing high-quality customer service in person and over the phone
  • Acting as the first contact for service requests; coordinating appointments and information dissemination
  • Processing referrals, orders, and triaging priorities
  • Addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Handling client purchases, invoicing, and receivables
  • Maintaining inventory of respiratory products, office supplies, and participating in inventory counts
Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of frontline administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in office procedures such as record management, invoicing, and inventory
  • Excellent English communication skills and sensitivity to patient needs
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Medical terminology knowledge/education is an asset

Education: High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
