Client Service Representative (Medical Administration)
Location: Markham ProResp
Position: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm)
Salary: Starting at approximately $26/hr
ProResp is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. CSRs play a vital role in supporting community respiratory care through administrative duties, patient interaction, scheduling, billing, and inventory management. We utilize advanced CRM applications for real-time management of patient files and referrals. We foster a safe, inclusive, and socially responsible environment where collaboration and helping others are prioritized.
Education: High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
