Full-time Permanent Role: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salaried position: approximately $26/hr to start
We are recruiting for an existing vacancy for a Client Service Representative (CSR). CSRs at ProResp play an essential administrative role in ensuring the success of community respiratory care. We are looking to add to our CSR team. You will interact directly with our patients, coordinating and scheduling our services in the community. Responsibilities also include office administration, billing, account reconciliation, and inventory management. ProResp utilizes advanced technology for real-time management of patient files and referrals via mobile and desktop CRM applications. Education: High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
