Client Service Representative (Medical Administration)
Location:
Toronto ProResp
Full-time Permanent Role (37.5 hrs/week: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm)
Salaried position: (equivalent to $26/hr to start)

We are recruiting to fill an existing vacancy for a Client Service Representative (CSR). CSRs at ProResp play an essential administrative role ensuring the success of community respiratory care. We are looking for an addition to our CSR team. You will interact directly with our patients as you coordinate and schedule our services in the community. The CSR’s responsibilities also include office administration, billing, account reconciliation, and inventory management. ProResp utilizes advanced mobile and desktop CRM applications for real-time management of patient files and referrals. Your Responsibilities:
  • Intake of new patients and maintenance of electronic patient records
  • Provide high-quality customer service in-person and via phone in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for service requests; liaise between patients and staff for appointments, products, and information
  • Process referrals, orders, and triage priorities appropriately
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy and compassion, following established procedures
  • Process client purchases, complete invoicing, and manage accounts receivable
  • Maintain inventory of respiratory products, equipment, and office supplies; perform daily receiving and participate in inventory counts
Role Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a front-line administrative support role
  • Strong skills in office procedures such as electronic and paper record management, invoicing, and inventory control
  • Excellent English communication skills and situational sensitivity with patients, families, and referral sources
  • Self-management and motivation skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Medical terminology experience or education is an asset
Education:

High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
