Clean Spot Calgary is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Inside Counter Sales to support our walk-in customers and day-to-day customer inquiries. This role is highly customer-facing and retail focused, helping customers identify the right cleaning, janitorial, sanitation, and equipment-related products for their needs while also supporting phone and email inquiries, order entry, quotes, and administrative follow-up. The successful candidate will provide knowledgeable, friendly service, complete over-the-counter sales, and work closely with Bunzl’s internal teams including sales, service, procurement, warehouse, shipping, and management to ensure customer needs are met.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements:

• Experience selling or supporting cleaning, janitorial, sanitation, safety, industrial, or related products is considered an asset.
• Comfortable assisting walk-in customers, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide professional service in person, by phone, and by email.
• Consultative selling skills and the ability to build customer confidence through product knowledge and helpful service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and follow up carefully on customer requests.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Fast learner with initiative, a positive attitude, and a willingness to develop product knowledge.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows-based software.
