Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass in Winnipeg, Canada, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service in person, over the phone and by email. You will support the repair facility team and coordinate with customers and insurers to ensure smooth, accurate handling of each repair case.

The role emphasizes communication, organization and teamwork within a fast-paced collision and glass service environment. Automotive customer service experience is a plus and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year minimum in customer service, automotive preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Google suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in person, by phone and email.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using the repair management system.
• Process insurance assignments accurately and timely.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers during repairs.
• Manage car rental information and logistics.
• Apply new knowledge from ongoing training to improve service quality.
