Job summary

Give & Go is seeking a customer service professional to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers. This role covers end-to-end order processing, coordination of pickup/delivery, and issue resolution, while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, time management, and effective communication, with a focus on maintaining professionalism and supporting team targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service in an office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional time management and follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize issues and provide solutions.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Able to handle interruptions and distractions effectively, setting appropriate priorities to get the job done.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and composure with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively independently, with management, and as part of a team to meet targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide helpful solutions to customer issues.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Customer Order process for manual & EDI POs, ensuring accurate entry, coordinating pick-up/delivery, invoicing, and resolving issues.
• Build strong relationships with external customers/brokers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Shipping, Demand Planning).
• Oversee over, shorts and damages (OS&D) and identify root causes and solutions.
• Communicate with Planning, Production, QA, and Shipping to meet customer requests.
• Identify best practices, share knowledge, and document SOPs for department processes.

Job Overview:

Responsible to provide excellent Customer Service to all internal and external Customers of Give & Go in accordance with the department’s target objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end Customer Order process for both manual & EDI PO’s, ensuring the timely and accurate order entry, co-ordinate pick-up or delivery, facilitate accurate invoicing and resolve any en-route customs and/or transportation issues
• Develop and build strong positive relationships with external Customers / Brokers and internal key stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Shipping and Demand Planning in a professional and efficient manner
• OS&D Management; – Over, shorts and damages as identified by Customers or Sales in determining root cause and providing a solution
• Communicate regularly with Planning Dept, Production, QA and Shipping to ensure Customer requests are met
• Look for best practices with established processes and procedures, sharing knowledge transfer with co-workers, and documenting SOPs for all department processes
