The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety and driving regulations, and a professional uniform. Successful candidates will be at least 25 years old with driving experience and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary contact for customers and builds confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services.
• Makes recommendations on moving services, boxes, supplies and equipment based on customer needs.
• Obtains customer feedback and resolves complaints to maintain satisfaction and profitability.
• Handles dissatisfied customers calmly and provides timely feedback to management.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing and promotions to address objections.
