IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers across mail, phone, and in-person channels. You will process orders, maintain records, and provide pricing and delivery information to ensure smooth branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.

• Set up new and maintain existing records.
• Perform word processing, filing, and related clerical duties.
• Prepare paperwork in advance of auction day and secure necessary approvals.
• Assist with other duties around the office to support team operations.
