Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), RB Global, Inc. company, seeks a Customer Service Representative to support our branches and service centers. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience in person and through multiple channels to help focus on branch growth.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing orders, entering data, and assisting with office tasks to support auction-day workflow. Fluency in English and French is a plus.
