Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA), an RB Global, Inc. company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support across mail, phone, and in person at our branches and service centers.

You will work as part of a team, handle inquiries, process orders, maintain records, and help drive customer satisfaction and branch growth with a friendly, professional demeanor. Bilingual French and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up new and maintain existing records.
• Perform word processing, filing, and related clerical duties.
• Process paperwork in preparation for auction day and secure approvals.
• Assist with other duties around the office to help out.
