Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Inc. is seeking a customer service oriented individual to support membership processes, answer inquiries, and assist with program information and registration.
The role involves facility tours, cash reconciliation, and delivering excellent service to members. You will be a friendly, outgoing team member with at least a year in customer service, proficient with computer systems, and able to handle challenging situations.
Successful candidate(s) must be available to work daily shifts between the hours of 4:45 am to 12:00 am including weekends.

The 312,000-square-foot Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre includes two internationally sanctioned 10-lane, 50-metre pools, a world-class dive pool and dryland dive-training facilities, a four-court gymnasium, an indoor running track, studio spaces, and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Here, you’ll find the offices of several national and provincial sport organizations, including the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario Head Office (CSIO). In addition to housing the head office space, CSIO provides best-in-class facilities and services that elevate high-performance athletes and performance.
