As aCustomer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to our valued customers. You will:

• Be the first point of contact at our call centre, providing expert assistance to customers on service, payment, and information inquiries.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate and schedule services, including off-cycle and emergency requests.
• Update and maintain accurate customer profiles and records.
• Support the Redux Services team in achieving departmental KPIs.
• Participate in outbound sales and service campaigns to strengthen customer relationships.
• Actively foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
