Job summary

HUB International in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. You will assist clients by phone, email or in person and handle payments and transactions, contributing to accurate and timely service as part of Business Operations.

We look for 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Opportunity

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact to all clients and will be responsible for assisting clients via the phone, email or in person. Your duties will include but not limited to taking payments and conducting transactions for clients. You will initially perform many of the assigned duties in this position and other duties, projects and responsibilities may be added over time as you become more capable. Your role is vital to the overall performance of the Business Operations and as such there is a requirement that you are committed and determined to succeed in this position.

Full-Time career working out of our Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan location.
