Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented team member to deliver outstanding customer service and keep our department looking its best. You’ll help create a welcoming, fresh shopping experience and ensure products are displayed beautifully while assisting customers throughout their visit.

Roles include stocking, signing, and rotating merchandise, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting the team. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with accuracy and pride in cleanliness and accuracy.

• Follow corporate policies with emphasis on Health & Safety and Food Safety.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and assist teammates as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties periodically.

With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you’ll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.

• Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands‑on setting that involves multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
