Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. seeks friendly team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain attractive department presentation. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help with display and signage to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You'll contribute to a clean, safe work environment and follow Health & Safety and Food Safety policies, with flexibility for opening/closing shifts and periodic team support. English fluency is required, French an asset.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is an asset; education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
