Our client in Toronto is seeking additional customer support analysts for their digital support team. The role involves email support, managing up to 300 tickets per week, and training new team members. The contract is initially for 3 months with potential extension. Bilingual (French and English) agents are required for half of the team. Shifts may include afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and education. Benefits start on day 31 and include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and retirement savings with employer matching. Paid time off is also provided as per law.
