Job summary

• Enthusiastic self-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record for success.
• Work experience in the waste, recycling or environmental services industries an asset.
• Experience with Trux software an asset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes.
• Interact with Customers, Customer Service Department, Sales, & Operations Staff reporting to Sales Manager.
• Fields incoming calls / emails from customers.
• Communicate with maintenance shop personnel.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally via email, telephone, and two-way devices.
• Assist with month end billing process.
• Receive, process and enter contracts and agreements.
• Data entry and monthly client reporting.
• AR procedures including invoice inquiries, adjustments, credits and payments.
• Assist with sales processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is responsible for providing primary customer contact. This position provides a critical role in establishing the public impression of GFL and becomes a reflection of who we are and what we stand for. Requirements:
