Bio Lonreco Inc., located in Dorval, is a Quebec-based family-owned company distributing natural products since 1987. We are seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join our team and handle order-taking by phone/email, provide customer service, and perform general office duties in a friendly, dynamic environment.

Full-time, on-site role with in-house training. Salary starting at CAD 23.00 per hour, with annual increases and employee discounts.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual fluent spoken and written English and French.
Ability to multitask.
Learn quickly and stay organized.
Work as part of a team.
Enjoy dealing with customers over the phone and providing professional service.
Willingness to exceed customer service expectations.
Strong attention to detail.
Sales-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (Word and Excel).
Knowledge of customer database management software is an asset.

Responsibilities

Take orders by telephone, fax, or email (not a call center).
Provide customer service including account opening and follow-ups.
Perform general office duties.
Create a positive customer service experience by understanding and responding to customers’ needs quickly and professionally.
In-house training will be provided to ensure understanding of tasks.

Customer service (account opening, follow-ups, etc.)
General office duties
Create a positive customer service experience by understanding and responding to customers’ needs quickly and professionally.
We provide in-house training to ensure that you have a good understanding of the various tasks.

Competitive salary
