Crossroads C&I is seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to fill a permanent opening on the order desk in our Coquitlam location.

3 years experience working on an order desk in a wholesale distribution environment is a requirement for this position.

We are seeking a detail oriented, customer focused candidate with a mechanical aptitude and good interpersonal skills. Our order desk supports an network of existing, long term customers, so the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship is key to success in this position.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Order Desk staff is our first point of contact with our customers. A pleasant disposition and the ability to interact well with customers and coworkers is important for this position.

This is a fast paced environment where you will interact with contractors, installers, suppliers and coworkers. The successful candidate must have the ability to maintain professional behavior under pressure in person and on the telephone.

Salary is $55 000.00 per year depending on the applicant’s qualifications and previous experience.

Compensation Range

$45,500.00 - $84,000.00
