Job summary

Crossroads C&I in Edmonton, AB is hiring a Warehouse Associate to perform picking for orders, replenish stock, and support daily warehouse operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling material safely and accurately while supporting inventory control and order accuracy.

The role requires basic math, warehouse experience, and the ability to stand for long periods. Forklift certification is preferred. A strong, safety‑minded team player is desired.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick material for customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
• Perform stock replenishment and inventory transfers to maintain stock locations.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack as part of daily duties.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
• Remain flexible with physical tasks, including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods.
