Vision Transportation is seeking an in-office Customer Service Representative for the Belleville, Ontario location. The role handles customer inquiries, creates orders, builds trips, and schedules pickups and deliveries, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.

As the first point of contact, you will coordinate with brokers, monitor shipments in transit, and communicate with clients, internal departments, and partner carriers to ensure fast, professional service.

We are looking for reliable FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) to be a part of our Customer Service team. This position is for our BELLEVILLE, Ontario location, and is in-office.

Available Shift

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

This position is first point of contact for our customers and are the quarterbacks of the company! Responsibilities focus on ensuring all customer requests are responded to, including creating the order and building trips; scheduling pick ups and deliveries; monitoring shipments in transit including obtaining PAP’s clearance from brokers, setting up delivery appointments, and advising customers of delays. Most importantly, facilitates all communications between our clients, our internal departments and our partner carriers, to ensure superior service is provided in a professional, fast, easy and accurate manner.
