Job summary

ADM is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time, non-exempt role sits in the Commercial Division and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service across order entry, invoicing, and account support.

You will coordinate with mills and schedulers to ensure accurate orders, resolve issues, and assist sales with pricing and shipments. The position includes a complete benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service across all aspects of the role.
• Liaise with mills and schedulers to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive, price, and enter orders; generate invoices.
• Resolve customer issues and manage last minute changes.
• Help collect past due invoices and investigate charge backs.
• Assist sales in account management and spot pricing.
• Coordinate logistics with shipping, trucking groups, or carriers.
• Handle contract entry and document scanning for shipments.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints with prompt action.
• Support sales staff in all customer account activities.

About The Position

Mississauga Research – Commercial Division

This is a full time non-exempt position.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Position includes all aspects of Customer Service
• Act as liaison with mills and mill schedulers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of orders
• Receiving, pricing and entering orders
• Invoicing
• Position also involves resolving customer issues, last minute changes or any other issues which arise
• Timely and effective resolution of all accounts receivables is a key aspect
• Supporting sales people in all aspects of customer accounts and spot pricing
• Coordinates logistics with the shipping plant, trucking group or directly with the carriers
• Contract entry
• Scanning documents for shipments
• Collection of past due invoices and investigating charge back and short payments
• Researching and acquiring resolution of customer complaints
• Works closely with sales staff on account management
