SRS Distribution Inc. Canada’s GMS Canada unit seeks a customer service representative in Burlington to deliver exceptional service to customers and employees in a fast-paced environment.
You will greet customers, take orders, enter data into company systems, develop product knowledge in drywall materials, and collaborate with sales staff to resolve inquiries; a high school diploma is required and strong computer skills are essential.
The customer service representative must provide exceptional customer service to all customers and employees. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Training in product knowledge of building materials for the drywall industry will be provided.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
The (range of) compensation for this position is $47,500.00 to $55,100.00
