Responsibilities: The Customer Service Pharmacy Technician coordinates communication between pharmacy, providers, and facilities, resolving prescription issues efficiently and courteously. Responsibilities include:

• Answering inquiries regarding patient information and medication therapies
• Processing refill requests, discharge orders, and delivery requests
• Assisting with facility and physician communication
• Gathering patient information via calls to care representatives and physicians
• Knowing when to escalate issues to management
• Using programs like Outlook, Excel, Word
• Completing projects timely
• Performing other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience with direct client communication
• Healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Good communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills
• Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
