Job summary

Longo's is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Department Manager - Full Time to lead daily operations and mentor a team in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, coaching Team Members, and upholding health, safety and company policies while driving sales and store performance in Welland, Ontario.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service department.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Strong creativity skills and ability to create eye-catching displays.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and mentor Team Members.
• Provide support in regular team meetings.
• Coach and train Team Members to maintain productivity.
