The role focuses on mentoring Team Members, delivering excellent customer service, managing inventory and displays, and ensuring health, safety and loss-prevention standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a deli department with product knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ownership to resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and mentor Team Members.
• Support regular team meetings.
• Coach and train Team Members to maintain productivity.
