Job summary

TJX Canada is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for a 12-month contract to support Winners, HomeSense, and Marshalls stores nationwide. You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal partners to enhance customer loyalty while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and a college or bachelor’s degree in Retail or Business Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service function.
• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Retail or Business Management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingualism an asset; ability to develop relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to deliver exceptional service.
• Liaise with stores to investigate opportunities and respond with action plans for resolution.
• Review and approve with Supervisor: authorization and monetary compensation; document cases in the customer service database.
