Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Thunder Bay store. You will assist customers with questions, process transactions, and help keep stock and store displays organized and clean.

The role requires you to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and provide a friendly, helpful shopping experience. This part-time position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

The starting pay for this position is $17.60 per hour.
