Job summary

Kent Building Supplies in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL is hiring a Customer Service Associate for an on-site, full-time role. You will process transactions, assist customers, and operate the front-end cash register and related systems with accuracy and courtesy.

You’ll join a team focused on great service, handle payments and refunds, keep the checkout area organized, and learn the D365 system to support orders and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills and basic computer system knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Experience as a Retail Cashier is an asset.
• Ability to handle moderate physical demands: standing for 4 hours, lift medium size merchandise if required up to 50 lbs.
