Business is booming and we are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Associate who can keep up with the demand of our growth Please note we are NOT hiring summer students or part-time staff at this time. We are looking to hire stable, full-time staff who are permanently able to work in Canada.

We are Encore Auctions, London's largest online auction of new, returned, undeliverable and overstocked items from several major online retailers. We give our customers opportunities to acquire an extensive variety of thousands of products, sometimes at a fraction of the retail price! What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience:

• Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, Tues 11:20am to 6:15pm and Wed to Sat 9:45 to 6:15 pm
• Working with little supervision, is a self-starter and likes to stay busy
• This role starts at CS Level 1- $17.95 per hour.

After three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single or Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included and the employer pays 50% of your premiums. We also offer enrollment with our GRSP (Group Retirement Savings Plan) for those who are interested.
