Business is booming and we are looking for a seasoned Customer Service Associate who can keep up with the demand of our growth Please note we are NOT hiring summer students or part-time staff at this time. We are looking to hire stable, full-time staff who are permanently able to work in Canada.

We are Encore Auctions, London's largest online auction of new, returned, undeliverable and overstocked items from several major online retailers. We give our customers opportunities to acquire an extensive variety of thousands of products, sometimes at a fraction of the retail price! It is an engaging, adrenaline-fueled experience that never fails to delight when you win an item you had your eye on! Whether you are a new bidder or a seasoned one, each week will be new and exciting with fresh finds!

Some details about the Customer Service Associate role

As an integral part of the front line team, the Customer Service Associates ensure the flow of pickup and returns remain smooth. Applicants must be comfortable following established appointment policies, refund parameters and ensuring that the flow of traffic remains smooth, despite pressures from customers who do not follow the pick up process. This role would be well suited for applicants who like to work in a fast pace environment-they must be experienced working in a Customer Service position and have a keen ability to successfully resolve customer conflict at the return desk.

• This role starts at CS Level 1- $17.95 per hour.

After three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single or Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included and the employer pays 50% of your premiums. We also offer enrollment with our GRSP (Group Retirement Savings Plan) for those who are interested.
