Job Description As a Customer Service Associate , you’ll provide first-class assistance to clients, ensure smooth enrolling of clients and resolve concerns, and contribute to product improvements by collaborating closely with internal teams and customer feedback channels.

Your Daily Tasks Apply consistent troubleshooting methods to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and accurately Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns promptly Help identify, document, and escalate product issues for verification Advocate for product / service enhancements based on customer feedback Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
