Job summary

Iceberg Finance Group in Toronto seeks a dedicated collection agent to support client recoveries and negative balance cases. You will respond to calls and emails, follow up on delinquent accounts, and coordinate with legal and insurance partners to maximize recoveries.

You will work in a hybrid environment with a strong emphasis on organization, empathy, and compliance with legal requirements. Prior collection experience and MS Office proficiency are required.
