Job summary

SAIL Outdoors Inc. in Canada is seeking a customer service agent who will be the first and last point of contact for our customers. You will be an ambassador to SAIL’s mission and values, helping outdoor enthusiasts with their questions and purchases.

As part of the expedition, you’ll share your passion for the outdoors, listen to customers, and deliver a genuine, energetic service experience that supports their adventures from planning to fruition.
