Job summary

Assured Automotive is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling essential administrative duties. You will coordinate rental vehicle confirmations, towing requests, and communications with customers and insurance representatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience while handling administrative tasks.
• Manage confirmation and reservation of rental vehicles and towing requests.
• Communicate updates with customers and insurance personnel as needed.
• Coordinate towing arrangements and cost against Repair Orders.
• Ensure follow-up on assignments and confirm appointments with customers.
• Reconcile Repair Orders prior to closing and monitor Accounts Receivable.
• Travel may be required.
