Job summary

Assured Automotive seeks a skilled Auto Body Technician to perform comprehensive structural and non-structural repairs on vehicles. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, working with the team to meet KPI targets and safety standards.

The role requires MIG/TIG welding experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and post-secondary Auto Body Repair training. Red Seal or 310B and I-CAR Gold Class progress are preferred, with travel expectations and valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-Secondary Education in Auto Body Repair Program preferred.
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG) is required.
• Red Seal or 310B is preferred.
• I-Car registration (working toward Gold Class) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
• Use frame equipment to assist repairs.
• Apply new knowledge to ensure high quality and productivity.
• Take responsibility for outcomes and pursue learning opportunities.
