Job summary

Meunerie Maska Inc. is seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Order Desk Representative to join our Saint-Hyacinthe office.

You will handle order entry, processing, returns and credits, and provide outstanding support to customers across our distribution network, working closely with a small team to ensure accurate, timely service. The role requires experience in customer service, sales, order processing, and administrative support, with strong Excel/Word skills and familiarity with order

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word (required).
• Experience with order management software such as Acomba (an asset).
• Knowledge of the animal nutrition industry (an asset).

Responsibilities

• Support customers within our distribution network from order entry to delivery, including handling returns and credit requests.
• Process orders by phone and email and provide outstanding customer support throughout the order process.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service and Order Desk team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, sales, order processing, and administrative support.

Customer Service

Working closely with our existing team, you will support customers within our distribution network and manage the complete customer service cycle—from order entry and coordination through delivery, as well as handling returns and credit requests.

Order Processing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing orders by phone and email
• Managing returns and credit requests
• Providing outstanding customer support throughout the order process
