Arconic is currently in search of a Temporary (Maternity Leave) Customer Sales Representative to join our team based in Lethbridge. This position will end on or before December 6, 2026.

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Sales Coordinator I plays an integral role in delivering superior and outstanding customer service to Kawneer’s customers.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Answer customer phone calls/emails/fax requests.
  • Process customer orders and change requests.
  • Investigate customer problems (e.g. damaged material, missing material, over-invoiced, etc.)
  • Provide Lead-time information and order status to customers.
  • Consolidate customer shipments upon request.
  • Monitor orders transferred to other facilities, on-hold orders, and TENT orders (booking orders).
  • Process credit orders/feedbacks and file RELEASED orders.
  • Inform customers of back-orders/late shipments.
  • Attend morning Level 1 CSC Meeting and provide relevant Customer Service data.
  • Provide product information (pricebook info, installation instructions, etc.) and paint samples/matches to customers.
  • File core customer service documents such as purchase orders, emails, etc.
  • Understand market needs (customer needs, competitive information).
  • Act as a liaison between the Customer and Kawneer.
  • Interact with customers, sales representatives, order processing team members, and manufacturing personnel.
  • Other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

College degree or Architectural Engineering Technology diploma preferred.

  • Construction industry background or aluminum product knowledge and working knowledge of architectural plans and specifications.
  • Prior experience in construction field project management and technical engineering preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook plus JD Edwards software preferred).
  • Action oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong math and technical background.

Work Environment/Conditions: Standard office environment with regular business hours from Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required (Non-Exempt).
