Job description

Job Position: Customer Service Associate

This is an interview position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface.
  • Perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations.
  • Promote continued sales and generate potential incremental revenue wherever possible.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college diploma preferred.
  • Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations and FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete all basic and recurrency training.
  • Physical ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
  • Proficiency in operating in a PC Windows environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle stress and work effectively in a highly pressured, monitored, and changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay transparency and details: $21.58/hour. Schedule: Monday to Friday (Monday 05:30-12:00, Tuesday-Friday 06:00-12:30). Posted: 05/08/2025. Down: 05/16/2025.

Additional Information:

This role requires performing all other duties as assigned, maintaining compliance with training and accreditation requirements, and working varying shifts based on business needs. Quebec residents must be bilingual (French and English). Candidates with driving responsibilities must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
