Job summary

FedEx Group in Canada seeks an associate for an interview-position to provide direct customer interface and accurate information. You will perform administrative duties to ensure efficient operations and promote continued sales, generating incremental revenue where possible.

You must complete all required training and adapt to a fast-paced, monitored environment, with focus on exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent; college diploma preferred
• Knowledge of Canadian Customs regulations preferred
• Knowledge of FedEx Express and Ground products and services preferred
• Ability to complete all basic and recurrency training
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment
• Must complete mandatory testing and training
• Operate in a Windows PC environment
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle stress in a monitored and changing environment

Les candidats seront également évalués selon : 1) leur relevé annuel de conduite ; 2) leur performance en entrevue ; et 3) leurs résultats aux évaluations de conduite administrées.
