Job summary

Vidir Solutions Inc. is seeking a Customer Project Manager at our Teulon, Manitoba facility to lead high-priority customer accounts and oversee complex orders from start to finish.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, and ensure milestones are met while upholding safety and quality standards. The role offers growth, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to elevate customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external customers and project reviews.
• Coordinate equipment installations with customers and the Field Service team to ensure on-time completion.
• Train new recruits and provide ongoing support to peers.
• Serve as initial escalation point for on-call Customer Care Specialists.
• Ensure safety protocols and risk management standards are met.

Customer Project Manager

Responsible for managing high-priority customer accounts, leading key account initiatives, and overseeing the execution of complex customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Facilitate meetings with both internal and external customers and project reviews.
• Coordinating equipment installations with customers and the Field Service team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Training new recruits and provide on-going support to peers.
• Serve as initial escalation point of contact for the on-call Customer Care Specialists.
• Ensure alignment with safety protocols (“Safety, Quality, then Quantity”), demonstrate the accountabilities under Vidir’s Risk Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs and lead by example.

Qualifications

A combination of education and experience will be considered.
