Job summary

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction by greeting, engaging, and thanking the customer.
• Maintains a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance of the store.
• Ask open-ended questions about the customer’s projects to determine their needs and level of expertise.
• Approach customers to determine if they need help loading product into vehicles or shopping carts.
• Plan the best method of loading and securing merchandise in the customer’s vehicle per Safe Loading Training.
