Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Lot Associate to help load orders into customer vehicles and maintain a safe, welcoming parking lot. You will interact with customers as they enter and exit the store, assisting with loading and answering questions about their projects.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a safety-conscious mindset to support our GET model and store operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading products into their vehicles.
• Maintain a sufficient number of carts near store entrance.
• Ensure parking lot is safe, clean, and welcoming for customers.
• Follow Home Depot GET model: Greeting, Engaging, and Thanking customers.
• Follow safety procedures for loading and securing merchandise.
