Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers using GET model (Greeting, Engaging, Thanking).
• Maintain a sufficient quantity of carts near the store entrance.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customer projects and needs.
• Assist customers with loading products into vehicles and/or carts.
• Plan safe loading and securing merchandise per Safe Loading Training.
