Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns.
• Cover assigned areas of the sales floor and assist with Front End coverage when required, communicating with colleagues to ensure floor coverage and customer needs are met.
• Zone assigned areas to maintain a clean, organized sales floor and relocate feature merchandise as needed.
• Stock merchandise and perform downstocking, apply product protection, and set modulars and shelf caps.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free work environment by following policies, performing safety checks, and ensuring displays are secure.
• Be open to a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
