Responsibilities

• Deliver An Excellent Customer Experience: provide friendly and professional customer service, assist with product selection, promote products and services, help locate merchandise, support purchase decisions, and resolve or refer customer concerns.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support: cover assigned areas of the sales floor and assist with Front End coverage when required; communicate with teammates to ensure floor coverage and customer needs are met.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery: zone areas to keep the floor clean and organized; move feature merchandise to modular locations and process recovery merchandise from CS desk and other areas.
• Stocking and Modular Execution: stock merchandise and picks, complete downstocking, apply product protection, and set modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays/fixtures are secure.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
