Responsibilities

• Provides friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required.
• Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Stocks merchandise and completes downstocking; sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
