Responsibilities

• Deliver An Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving customer concerns.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support by covering assigned areas and assisting with Front End coverage as needed.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery by maintaining a clean, organized floor and moving feature merchandise to its location.
• Stocking and Modular Execution by stocking merchandise and completing downstocking, applying protection, and setting modulars.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance by ensuring a safe, clean store and following company policies.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) by being open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
