Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assists customers by promoting products/services and locating merchandise.
• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management where appropriate.
• Maintains salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, setting up displays, signing and pricing merchandise.
• Ensures proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise and maintains safety.
• Receives and stocks merchandise, uses equipment appropriately, completes required paperwork.
• References appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
• Stocks merchandise and completes modulars and shelf caps as needed.
