Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assists customers by promoting products and locating merchandise.
• Resolves customer issues and refers concerns to management.
• Maintains salesfloor presentation by stocking/rotating merchandise and pricing.
• Ensures proper handling of claims and returns and maintains a safe workplace.
• Receives and stocks merchandise and completes required paperwork.
• Directs appropriate service items to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Picks and downstocks merchandize and sets new shelf caps.
